Foundry tooling company was founded in 2009. The main activities are development and manufacturing of foundry tooling:

• models, core boxes for cold-forming technology in sand-clay mixtures, cold molding, cold-casting systems made of wood, plastic MDF, aluminum.
• Press_forms for injection molding of thermoplastics, non-ferrous metals, press molds for investment and burnout models.

The creation of model-casting equipment is the most important stage in the preparation of foundry production, because without these tools it is impossible to manufacture a casting.

Many specialists of the company take part in the process of manufacturing the tooling - they invest in it the accumulated knowledge along with many years of experience.

Our main technology is computer-aided engineering design with further automatic output to CNC machines.
